Band Line Up 2016

Vice are a Bury/Manchester based Metal band formed from a shared vision to breathe life into the metal world and to display our diverse collective tastes and influences through our music. Our brand of head banging, hair swirling, blistering modern Metal is full of powerful riffs/hooks, time/tempo changes, coupled with an energetic stage show and high standard of performance/musicianship.   Our songs have a strong powerful anthemic feel and some of the main influences to our sound are bands like Machine Head, Meshuggah, Lamb of God and Prog of Mastodon and Dream Theater.  

We have recently shared the stage with Artists such as Blaze Bayley, Collibus, Attica Rage, Reign of Fury, Breed77 and ICON, receiving fantastic feedback from fans, as well as critical acclaim from the likes of Get Your Rock Out, Manchester Rocks and Metal Temple. We are in the process of recording our debut album based on the 7 deadly sins to be released later in 2016.

Vice are delighted and honoured to have been asked to play Bloodstock 2016! We have been attending as fans for a number of years now and it is our favourite festival bar none! 

From the high standard of the organisation, the well laid out stages and facilities, the friendliness and considerate attitude of the organisers, staff, security and stewards, the extremely high calibre of the bands and the awesome camaraderie of all who attend, BOA is the premier live music festival experience and it is definitely a lifetime ambition realised to be asked to play.  We are genuinely humbled.
