Band Line Up 2016

Firebomb started in January 2013 in Nottingham.  Originally a three piece band consisting of Kevin Simpson Guitar, Mat Randall Bass and vocals and Tim Smith drums.

In 2014 Firebomb released their self- produced album of 10 songs Followed by a number of successful live performances.  2015 saw the addition of a second guitarist Dave Lamont and then 2016 the introduction of Ste Dudley on the drums.

Firebomb have taken the rock sound of the 80's and combined it with the metal sound of the 90's to come up with guitar hooks, big drums, huge bass and soaring vocals.

the introduction of the new members has put some real weight behind the band and they are currently recording their new ep. A couple of the new tracks have already had an exclusive airing on the radio thanks to the rock train at siren fm.

Firebomb are influenced by Black Sabbath, Pantera, Slayer ,Maiden, Dio all the greats!

Firebomb are really happy to be playing at the UK’s best metal festival, Bloodstock .

All members of Firebomb are keen bloodstockers and have been coming to the festival for a number of years. So it is truly awesome to be invited to play and follow in the footsteps of so many great bands. The whole new blood ideal is superb, helping new bands and proving that the unsigned live scene is alive and kicking. The monumental efforts of the bloodstock team to put on such a great festival is nothing short of staggering. And for Firebomb to play is very humbling , we promise to put everything into our time at bloodstock we are very grateful for this opportunity.
