Band Line Up 2016

Since forming in 2011, Hertfordshire metallers Outright Resistance wasted no time launching onto the British metal scene with their debut release; “Don’t Eat My Organs”. Which took the quintet all over the country, and saw them picking up support slots with TRC & Hacktivist. Gaining fans on both sides of the industry, Terrorizer magazine said the band “… Are set to take the UK circuit by storm!", while of one show, Planetmosh said OR were “Leading the crowd in a fury of head-banging, bringing full on brutality and heavy breakdowns to the show!”

The band released the brilliant “Poveglia EP” in 2015, and shortly after put out the heartfelt clip for “We Are Here”. The band also made it to the finals of the London arm of Bloodstock’s Metal to the Masses competition. Despite not securing a spot at the festival, the quintet marched on, and headed out on the eight-date tour with Norwich metalcore crew, Silenced By Shadows. They band also hit the road for the “Sum Kind Of Plague” tour in March of 2016. Now, after over a year of touring & recording, they’ve returned with the stunning “Me Vs I EP”! With a cracking new record, and an eight date UK/Irish tour in October on the horizon, Outright Resistance are set to take the world by storm with their thrilling assault. Watch this space!
