Band Line Up 2016

BOSS KELOID are dragging sludge metal into new mind-bending, psychedelic, progressive territory.

Since their inception in 2010 and release of debut album ‘The Calming Influence of Teeth’, they have evolved their sound into a unique blend of progressive, heavy and experimental music which has caught the attention of fans from all genres.

Metal Hammer tipped Boss Keloid as one of the bands to watch in 2016, and recently featured them as their ‘Hot New Band’, proclaiming “Up and coming purveyors of progressive heaviness, Boss Keloid have been tipped by many as among 2016’s darkest hopes. And it’s no wonder, given how adept they are at producing such unique and eclectically thunderous music.”

Their recent new album ‘HERB YOUR ENTHUSIASM’ was released April 2016 on Black Bow Records, and has received huge critical acclaim worldwide from the likes of Metal Hammer, Kerrang, Terrorizer, Rock Hard, Powerplay, Heavy Blog is Heavy, Metal Sucks, Fuze, The Obelisk, The Sludgelord, Ghost Cult, and Maximum Volume.

The band will be touring extensively throughout the year to promote ‘HERB YOUR ENTHUSIASM’, and have already supported the likes of Conan, Raging Speedhorn, Samothrace, Beholder, and Hang the Bastard. The band have also been announced for other upcoming festivals including Hammerfest 2017, Mammothfest 2016, and Riff Fest 2016.

We are immensely honoured and proud to have been asked to perform on the Sophie Lancaster Stage at Bloodstock 2016. We have been attending this festival for many years and witnessed some great bands grace the same stage that we will be playing, which is mind blowing for us. This show also coincides perfectly with the start of our UK tour to promote our new album ‘Herb Your Enthusiasm’.
