Band Line Up 2025
West Midlands latest rising star in the extreme metal scene. Formed in the summer of 2023, this young, hungry quartet has rapidly earned a reputation for their blistering sound, explosive live performances, and no-holds-barred approach to metal. Drawing from the relentless energy of classic thrash bands like Slayer, Dark Angel and Onslaught, as well as the crushing brutality of death metal pioneers like Death and Obituary, Exorcism delivers a sound that’s as punishing as it is precise.
The band’s music is a relentless barrage of riffs, blast-beats, and guttural vocals, all layered with a sense of unholy urgency and fury. Their aggressive, yet methodical songwriting gives a nod to the old-school, while incorporating modern death thrash elements that keep their sound fresh and relevant.
Their debut EP ‘Spectral Aggression’ released via Witches Brew Records sees the band deliver a statement of intent on the future of UK Thrash Metal!
The Midlands is an area so rich with metal history - the birthplace of so many inspiring artists - that opportunity for Exorcism to play at such a legendary festival is mind-blowing. We’re proud to play our part in the future of metal in the Midlands, it honestly means the world to us.
