BACK DOWN OR DIE is a hardcore band from the South East of England.
Formed in 2005 by 4 guys with a mutual distain for in equality and unfairness in life. This combined with a love for hardcore produced back down or die. After a few years, we now have a stable line up. Rytch Soddy-frontman, Kieran Bealey-guitar, Adam Penny-bass, Neil Stanforth-drums.
With pounding rythmns, grinding stings, and the voice of angry inner strength, back down or die stand for what is right, against all that is wrong in the life.
