Terms and Conditions for Bloodstock Competition

• The competition is open to all members of Bloodstock, except employees of Bloodstock and subsidiary companies and their families.
• Applicants under the age of 18 will not be permitted to enter the competition, and any fraudulent entries will be rejected, which may also incur loss of your membership to the Bloodstock site.
• Only one entry per member, per competition is valid. No entries will be accepted after the closing date.
• The winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all the entries received.
• In the event of a dispute the decision of Bloodstock is final and no correspondence from the entry or their representatives will be entered into.
• If a winner fails to claim the prize within 14 days of the date the email is sent, a further winner will be selected in their place.
• The closing date for all entries will be the 28th of each month.
• There is no cash alternative to the prize on offer .
• The sponsor reserves the right to substitute items for an equivalent valued prize, should unforeseen circumstances require it .
• No responsibility can be accepted by Bloodstock for non-receipt or loss of emailed entries.
• By entering the competition entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are governed by English law.
